Yes, our Champions are now up 6.5 games and heading for a THIRD Championship.
Slackerboy points out that they are doing this without Mauer and Molitor. Molitor is in the HOF and made the playoffs 2 years ago with half the talent this team has. Mauer will join Molly in the HOF after he lead his team to many division championships......all of which , is really quite a story.
Neither had Cruze, Schoop Arriaz, Kron etc on their team and the young guys Mauer finished his career with have blossomed this season.
The game last night that ended with Rosario's throw was a classic. But i assume the Puke fans were watching the pitiful pukey boring GB vs CHI game scouting for their Pitiful Purple Puke.
Go Twins. Win another one. Thats right ANOTHER one.

"Boo hoo, my Twinkies didn't have any talent when Polly Molly and Joe Maumma DL'd there"... Addition by subtraction. Speaking of subtraction, the new Twinkies are spending as much time DL-ing this year as Joe Maumma did in the no talent excuse years. And while Joe Maumma sits home watching the Twinkies drop serious to the Injuns ... And while everyone else watches the Vikings run away with seasonings open on the run ... My Eye in the Sky Spied a team whose name shall not be mentioned about to YANKEES the Twinkies not-so-fast home run title. Don't count YOUR titles before they're snatched. Speaking of titles, how many Would-(u.b)-Serious titles were won by Polly Molly and Joe Maumma? No matter, we'll all remember 2019 as the year the Twinkies had that one play at the plate.

Yes, slackerboy has been afflicted with the zombie disease. He is deliriously optimistic about the Puke , Wild and Twolves none of whom have EVER won anything but pessimistic about our glorious multiple world champion Twins.
Battling injuries and other issues our heroes continue on toward ANOTHER championship.
Its really quite a story.

Go Twins! Roster gets slimmer every day but I still cheer. Bored keeps getting slimmer, too, with so many of Ye Olde sparring partners going to purgatory where hopefully they will get the chance to convert to Hill fans and so advance through St. Peter's gates. Nice to hear from my best fiend though. Can't, Neut, BIAPF ... why couldn't it be anyone from Duluth or Cretin???

Yes, not much going on with the Twins either.
As the hack points out, why cheer for a team if they aren't going to win a title?
What's left for the Twinkees when a team whose name shall not be mentioned YANKEES the Twinkees counting-chickens-before-they're-snatched home run title?
What's the point even to watching the Twinkees in 1961-1986 or 88-90 or 92 through forever if nothing matters unless the season ends winning a title?
The hack reminds me of dear departed CNUT puking on about the o-line as if he were praising all the DL awards Joe Maumma won in the Twinkees no-talent excuse years.
As La Bomba said:
Yo no soy marinero, soy capitan

Yes, as the Puke predictably puke all over themselves in GB, our Twins flatten the Indians coming through in the clutch and playing excellent baseball. I ask zombies all the time "dontcha get sick of it?" They just look at me with a flat expression and ask "whatayah mean?". Sad. Sad that anyone wasted a glorious fall day on Sunday watching that Puke. But our Twins are close to clinching and its on to the playoffs and more Glory Years.
Obviously slackerboy is afflicted with the "yah but yah know we are better than Detroit" philosophy when it comes to the Puke and other pathetic no championship franchises all of whom are in salary cap leagues with no financial restraints on their ability to succeed. The NFL has a draft that produces star players immediately, a salary cap, a franchise tag and free agency and the Puke still cant find a QB, an O line, a head coach and a field goal kicker. Pathetic.
Lets go Twins add to the multiple championships already won. ANOTHER one would be great.

Yes, our Twins are closing in on the division and ANOTHER world championship.
Meanwhile the Puke are celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the most Humiliating defeat in franchise history.
Its hilarious.'Lets pretend like we won a championship and forget we were humiliated in the SB'.
The only thing better would be if they did it during a home game vs the Chiefs. What a flukin clown show.
But lets go Twins. Lock her up.

Yes, the Bomba Squad has another division championship and is closing in on another home run title ... the Bronx Bomba Squad from the Big Apple, that is ... not that division championships count for much outside the Minnie Apple. Is hackerboy even old enough to remember if the Twinkies have ever won a playoff series against the Yankees? Or any series in recent history? My Eye in the Sky only spies humiliation for the Twins at the hands of the Yankees. Sure, go ahead and troll and puke on other Minnesota teams, hackerboy, that's all YOU will have in a few weeks. BTW, Sports Illustrated is stealing all AP's best stuff: www.si.com/mlb/2019/09/20/new-york-yankees-minnesota-twins-curse

Yes our Twins wrap up ANOTHER division championship. What great year for a great championship organization.
Babe and his ilk talk up the Yankees. But our Twins win as a midmarket team in a league without salary cap and a payroll half that of the Yankees.
Really quite a story. A record setting story.
Let's win ANOTHER one and leave the zombies wandering around US Bank stadium saying" Yah but we have done better than the Lions" and "Yah let's celebrate being Humiliated by the Chiefs".

Yes, as twinkerboy points out ... the Twinkies are worth half as much as the Yankees ... and just as any Twin Babe can make up merely one half of a pregnancy, the Twinkies half to decide: Are YOU half a Yankee ... [insert half a pregnant pause] ... or a half not? Vikings and Twins should half combined football and baseball simultaneously when YOU did half the dome ... now THAT would be a dome ball that would half been worth watching ... [other half of Twin pregnant pause] ... but still not the YANKEES!

Yes, our heros break and now hold the all time team Home Run record, Yankees finish second. Half the payroll but more power is what our Twins have.
Its hard to get too excited about our Twins when the Puke are doing so well and captivating the nation with their 28M/yr QB. What a great performance. If you enjoy Humiliation.
Defensive genius Mike Zimmer had the D ready again in the first quarter. He made the Bears eat up 7 minutes on that first drive before they scored.
But rest Twins. Rest and be ready for the Yankees.

Yes, YOUR heroes break ...
and prove just how broken they are by hitting a record home runs only to lose the game ...
and prove this years Twinkies are still one win shy of the Swinging Sixties Twinkee Sluggers ...
who also hit a lot of home runs only to lose playoff series to the YANKEES.
Probably was the Vikings fault back then, too.

But our town is loaded with zombies who are convinced that all will be well because of the genius defensive schemes of Mike Zimmer who cant even get the ball back from the Bears offense. The zombies will probably want to name a street after Zimmer because he won one playoff game on a fluke play. Let's go Twins
