Well YOU got your wish.
Now the Wild zombies can yap about how all they have to do is win game 5 at home and go to ST Louis and win and then they are back home and on and on.
End the misery. Why prolong Captain Mikko's no goals streak any further ?

Yes, the Great Captain Mikko's boys are done. Even a very rare goal by The Captain cant keep the season alive.
Eye go to 3-4 games a year usually in Jan/ Feb when there is nothing else to do. The game is played so much differently then.
Ole White Gloves and Eye went to a couple and he remarked that it was like watching a Squirt game as far as the hitting goes.
Well, not in April. Granland etc become invisible because they get thrown around like rag dolls in April.
So a lot of the Wild zombies are saying 'Yah but dey had a great season yah know". They did but once they start hitting, it changes.
They tried to 'fix' what they knew would be a deficiency with the Hanzal/ White trade but it didn't work because the small speedy forwards were still there.
The zombies are spewing out "yah dat trade changed da chemistry yah know". It did but it would have been worse had they not done it. Do the zombies think that Jordan Schroeder would ahve tipped the scales for the Wild. He has been waived through the league about 6 times with no takers because he is too small.
When the Wild draft a Austin Matthews, let me know.
Oh BTW, Granland is in the final 3 for Lady Bing. Real good then.

The future looks bright.
Granlund 3 more years for a measly 17 million.

Eye don't think we have to be concerned about a first round exit this year.
There isn't going to be a first round for these guys.

It looks like Las Vegas has a pretty good team. State of Hockey, yah. While the Wild are clinging to their playoff lives with the Jets, Vegas swept the LA Kings. Nevada- the new "State of Hockey" with hookers, yah.

Well the Wild and Wolves both go down hard in the first round. One win for each team in the MHF Playoff elimination challenge bracket. Hackerboy predicted 3 total wins. OGEE predicted 2 total wins. Looks like EYE win again! Can't wait for next winter sports season. It's gonna be terrific.

Unless the new guy is allowed to 'blow it up', the Wild are stuck.
To many big contracts with mediocre players. No young impact players.
If the new guy knows how to draft let him get trade away the contracts contracts for picks.
Id rather start over than have 5 more years of barely make the playoffs and then done.
